1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Event” means the ticketed yacht event organised by Organizer on the date/time specified.
  • “Ticket” means the electronic or physical ticket issued to the Purchaser/Guest and the One-time QR code.
  • “Purchaser/Guest” means the person who purchases or uses a Ticket.

2. CONTRACT FORMATION & SCOPE

  • A contract is formed when the Organizer issues a booking confirmation to the Purchaser and payment is accepted.
  • These Terms form the entire agreement between the Purchaser, Organizer and Yacht Operator in relation to the Event.

3. TICKETS & ENTRY

  • Each Ticket admits only the named ticket holder(s) and is non-transferable except as permitted by the Organizer.
  • Guests must present a valid Ticket and original Emirates ID or passport at boarding.
  • Organizer/Yacht Operator reserves the right to refuse admission for safety, security, or breach of these Terms.

4. PRICES, PAYMENTS & FEES

  • Ticket prices are published on the booking page and confirmed at the time of purchase. All prices are in AED, may vary without prior notice, and are subject to applicable service charges and ticket category.
  • Payment must be completed using the methods indicated at checkout, through an authorized payment link, via authorized sales staff, or through a designated POS terminal. Payment confirmation is required to secure the booking. For physical purchases, guests must confirm their transaction to receive their booking confirmation and unique single-use QR code.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS (PURCHASER)

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the event start. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the event. Refunds will be credited to the guest’s account within 3 to 5 working days, subject to the processing times and regulations of UAE banks
  • If Organizer cancels the Event (other than Force Majeure), Purchaser will be offered a full refund or rescheduled date.
  • All refunds will be processed by the original payment method within a reasonable time.

6. CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZER / YACHT OPERATOR

  • If the Yacht Operator or Dubai Coast Guard determines the Event cannot proceed safely (weather or restrictions), the Event will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

7. NO-SHOWS, LATE ARRIVAL & BOARDING

  • Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Late arrival may result in forfeiture without refund.

8. SAFETY, CAPTAIN AUTHORITY & CONDUCT

  • The captain’s decisions regarding safety are final. All guests must comply with Captain and crew instructions.
  • Guests must not engage in unlawful or reckless behaviour, must obey capacity limits and are responsible for minors.

9. ALCOHOL, FOOD, DRUGS & SMOKING

  • Alcohol may only be consumed on board in compliance with applicable UAE and local laws and venue licensing. Guests are solely responsible for ensuring that any alcoholic beverages they bring aboard are lawful for possession and consumption in the UAE.
  • Possession, use or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited. Any guest found in possession of illegal drugs will be immediately removed from the vessel, their property may be confiscated and the relevant authorities will be notified.
  • The organiser provides hospitality and service only and does not supply, import or endorse any alcoholic beverages brought on board by guests; the organiser accepts no liability for the legality, tax, duties, safety or effects of any such beverages.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse boarding, inspect, search, confiscate, and dispose of any items (including alcohol) that in its reasonable judgment may contravene law, safety or venue policy, or to deny service to any guest acting in breach of these terms.
  • By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, the guest warrants that they are legally permitted to possess and consume alcohol in the UAE, accepts full personal responsibility for any items they bring on board, and hereby fully indemnifies and holds harmless the organiser, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, penalties, fines, damages, costs or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from the guest’s breach of these provisions or any applicable law.
  • Smoking permitted only in designated areas.

10. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

  • Organizer’s liability to Purchaser/Guest is limited to the price paid for the Ticket.
  • Purchaser/Guest indemnify Organizer and Yacht Operator for losses caused by their negligence or breach.
  • Nothing excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence where unlawful to exclude.

11. INSURANCE

  • Guests should hold personal insurance. Organizer’s insurance covers public liability as per Yacht Operator licence.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

  • Organizer/Yacht Operator are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond control (weather, strikes, authority acts, etc.).

13. PRIVACY & DATA

  • Personal data collected (name, ID) is used for ticketing, safety and legal compliance with UAE privacy laws.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & IMAGE RELEASE

  • Organizer may photograph/video events for promotional use unless written opt-out received.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to Dubai courts jurisdiction.
